Keep the trackers you have. See every van and truck, depot and back.

We read 100+ tracker protocols, so the vans, cold rooms and machines you run today are on the map from day one, their readings mapped for your models during setup: the route and its stops, how each is driven, the fuel it burns and where it spends the night. Your customer sees where the delivery is, instead of calling.

Readings on this page are sample data.

The operation

Four stages of a delivery day.

Each stage has its device, and all four write to one record per vehicle.

  2. Traffic on a motorway interchange seen from the air.

One day on the route

Van 07's Tuesday, stop by stop.

Build the route with timed stops in the shortest order. Each stop is logged as the van arrives, the next one shows with its time, and the customer follows a live link that expires on its own, instead of calling.

Along the way

What goes wrong between the depot and the door.

Fuel is down and nobody knows why

Fuel level comes from the vehicle itself. A drop with the engine off stands apart from a refuel and opens an incident: Truck T-08 lost 19 gallons at 1:35 AM, parked at the depot.

The same drivers, the same harsh events

Harsh braking, speeding against each vehicle type's limit, harsh acceleration, crashes and long idling come straight from the tracker and are counted per driver and per vehicle. We count them; we don't score drivers.

What goes in

What goes in at each site.

  • A tracker in each vehicle

It plugs into a van's OBD port or reads a truck's CAN bus: where it is, how it's driven, its fuel and engine hours.

  • Fuel and the reefer, where you need them

A fuel probe in the tank, and the trailer and its reefer read on the same tracker.

  • A SIM in every tracker

Activated before it ships, on the same plan as the devices.

  • Set up with you

Each route's stops, the limits that matter, and who hears first.

Where it stands

Running today on fleets.

  • 10,000+devices

    Vanix

Vanix sells fleet management and asset tracking under its own brand, on OneIoT, on 10,000+ devices.

  • Vanix, on farmland

Tractors and farm machines — location, area worked, route history, geofences, theft and fuel alerts, engine hours.

  • 100+restoration customers

    A restoration-equipment brand

Its drying fleet runs on OneIoT: each unit on a job, in the warehouse or in a van with its own gateway, what was left behind, and job-days billed.

Questions

Before you ask.

Something we haven't answered? Ask it on the call, or write to [email protected]

Do we need new trackers?

Often not. Send us the tracker and what it sends; our team adds it. Where you need new ones, we supply Teltonika, Omnicomm and Ruptela devices with the SIM.

Do you score drivers?

No. You see each driver's events (harsh braking, speeding, harsh acceleration, crashes and idling), counted and never scored.

Can we sell it under our brand?

Yes — Vanix does. Your domain, your logo, your name on email and push alerts.

Miles or kilometers?

Both. Each user picks; the record keeps the reading as it arrived.
