One record across your sites, fleets and lines.

Cold rooms, vehicles and production lines across your locations, on one report for head office each week, with each site's own team told first when something drifts. The devices you already have stay where we can connect them. On your own stack, with hosting in your region on request.

What your IT team asks first

The Enterprise plan, in six answers.

Is our data separate?

Yes. Enterprise is your own stack: your own message broker, namespace and credentials.

Where does the data sit?

The platform is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States. On the Enterprise plan, ask us about hosting your data in your region.

Is there a SOC 2 report?

In progress. The audit's observation period runs from October to December 2026, and the report is expected in January 2027.

Can we start without touching equipment?

Yes. Start monitor-only, and switch on control when your team is ready.

Who installs it?

Most devices are made for your own team to install. For a large installation, our partners support you on the ground.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It is yours to take. We export it on request, at the cost of the export.

One night at one of your sites

Site 14's walk-in fails at 2 AM. It's handled before the morning shift.

Each site's own team hears first, then the next person if nobody answers. Head office sees it in the morning as a closed record, not an open question.

Site 14, one night · sample data

  1. 2:10 AM
    Does it matter yet?

    The walk-in cooler at Site 14 passes 41 °F (5 °C). It's saved; a door opened for a delivery doesn't wake anyone.

  2. 2:25 AM
    Who needs to know?

Still too warm after 15 minutes. The site's night lead gets an SMS.

  3. 2:35 AM
    What if nobody answers?

No reply in ten minutes. The on-call technician is told too.

  4. 2:41 AM
    Who's on it?

The technician replies and is on the way.

  5. 3:30 AM
    Can you prove it?

Back in range. Every reading, alert and reply is on record, for that site and across all of them.
