For equipment brands
Making equipment? Enterprise, under your brand.
An equipment brand is on the Enterprise plan by default, with your brand on top. Tell us what you make. We reply to set up a call about your product line, then send an outline with terms per product line.

Questions
Before you ask.
Something we haven't answered? Ask it on the call, or write to [email protected]
What does the first site cost?
A fixed fee, quoted for your use case before we start: it depends on what you watch and the devices it needs. We connect one site, set it up and run it for 4 weeks.
Is it billed monthly or annually?
The price is monthly, on a 12-month term (shorter by agreement): per site for fixed places like cold rooms and lines, per tracked device for equipment and vehicles. We bill in US dollars. Your written outline says how it is invoiced.
Do we buy the devices?
It depends on the job. Our own devices — Sense, Link, Link Indoor and Halo — can be bundled into your plan. Partner devices from Teltonika, Omnicomm and Ruptela are usually paid for upfront. The Roam SIM is quoted with the plan. See the devices →
How do equipment brands pay?
By product line. We send an outline with terms for your product line, quoted for the units in the field and the customers who use them. White-label is in the plan. How white-label works →
How do I get a price?
Tell us about your sites, units or products. We reply to set up a thirty-minute call, then send a written outline with the first-site fee and your plan.
Can we use devices we already have?
Often, yes: the platform reads 100+ tracker protocols. Location works from day one; engine, fuel and sensor readings are mapped for your models during setup. Not covered? Send us the model and what it sends; our team adds it.
Who installs it?
Most devices are made for your own team to install. For a large installation, our partners support you on the ground.
What support do we get?
Support is by email. We respond to a critical issue within 1 hour, and to anything else within 1 business day. On the Enterprise plan, a 1-hour SLA is written into your contract.
What is the difference between Standard and Enterprise?
Every use case comes as Standard or Enterprise. Standard runs on the shared platform, with your data separated from every other customer's, and email support. Enterprise is a setup of your own (your devices connect to it alone, and your data is stored separately for your company), with sign-in through your company account and a second step, every action logged for your audits, hosting in your region on request, a 1-hour SLA in your contract, and the SOC 2 report once it is issued. Equipment brands are on Enterprise by default. Neither plan has a device limit.
Do you work outside the United States?
Yes. We serve customers worldwide, and we ship devices and connectivity globally. Only on-the-ground installation support depends on where you are; most devices are made for your own team to install. On the Enterprise plan, ask us about hosting your data in your region.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours to take. We export it on request, at the cost of the export.
Can we add sites or modules later?
Yes. Start with one site, then add sites, units or modules as you grow, and we quote them into your plan.
What does OneIoT AI cost?
It is quoted for your site, with the rest of your plan.
Where to start
Start with one site, then a 12-month plan.
