For equipment brands

Build it into what you sell.

Your customers buy your equipment. With OneIoT inside, they also get the tracking, alerts and records around it under your brand, and you have a service to sell with each unit.

Running today: a restoration-equipment brand with 100+ restoration customers, billing them under its own name.

One brand, end to end

A restoration-equipment brand, and the service it sells.

It makes the equipment that dries out buildings after floods and burst pipes, and sells it to restoration contractors. On OneIoT it also sells the service around each unit. Its name stays private here.

  1. What it makes

Smart dehumidifiers and air movers, the hubs that read them, and a gateway for each van. Tags and QR codes go on the rest.

  2. What its customers see

Where each unit is: on a job, in the warehouse, in a van or at the service centre. Units still on closed jobs. Each room's readings against its drying goal, marked sensor-taken or hand-entered.

  3. What it sells on top

Monitored drying, billed per dehumidifier job-day, and tracking billed per gateway. The drying report carries its logo and goes to the adjuster by link.

  4. Whose name is on the bill

The brand's own. It bills its customers under its own name, and that billing runs on OneIoT today.

A morning in its customer's portal

What a contractor sees before lunch.

One contractor's Thursday, on the brand's own domain. Sample data, from the job open in the portal above.

  1. A unit is still on a closed job

D-097 never came off W-2190, which closed yesterday. It goes on this morning's van run.

  2. Van 2 loads out

Six units are scanned onto Van 2. The van's gateway hears their tags, so the portal moves them out of the warehouse.

  3. The last two rooms reach their goal

Rooms 3 and 4 on W-2217 read 48 and 49 GPP against a goal of 50. A technician typed Room 3 in by hand, and the portal marks it.

  4. The job closes, and the report goes out

Closing W-2217 releases the units on it, so their days stop counting. The drying report goes to the adjuster by link, under the brand's logo.

Making cold rooms, reefer units or chillers?

Your customers already watch the temperature. Give them the room, the door and the alarm under your name, and the excursion record when it's over.

  • A Sense in each room or reefer, heard by a Link
  • A range and a hold time per room, so a door opened for a pallet isn't an alarm
  • The alert from your name first, then the next person if nobody answers

How it works

Your name on it. Our team behind it.

  1. Your domain and your logo

The portal runs on your domain, with your logo, colour and words for things. Alerts come from your name, by email and push.

  2. Your devices, or ours

Your controllers and trackers connect as they are. Or ship ours: Sense, Link and Halo, on our SIM.

  3. Decoders written by our team

Send us a unit and what it sends; our team writes its decoder. 100+ tracker protocols are read already; their readings are mapped for your models during setup.

  4. Terms per product line

One outline per product line, quoted for the units in the field and the customers who use them.
