Platform

The platform under 200K+ devices.

The layers between a device and the person who acts on it: decoding, data, rules, alerts, control and apps. Built, run and updated by OneIoT.

  • 200K+active devices
  • 500M+messages a day
  • 99.99%platform uptime
  • 100+tracker protocols · readings mapped at setup

Platform figures as of 31 Aug 2026.

Readings on this page are sample data.

Devices, SIM and decoders

Gateways and trackers connect over MQTT or MQTTS, each with its own X.509 certificate; tags report through them. Where a device needs a SIM, Roam comes activated before it ships. Messages from 100+ tracker protocols are read: location from day one, other readings mapped for each model during setup, and our team adds decoders for new devices.

Data

Each reading is stored with its time and source, and each device shows online or offline with the reason it dropped — ready for the map, the dashboard and the record.

Rules and workflows

Your conditions, held for the time you set, on each device with its own state. A workflow can branch, call your systems, and change a device's setpoint through its shadow, as it stops a line at Gloster Cables, within the limits you set.

Rules & workflows →
Workflow · after the rule fires

Incidents

A rule that fires opens an incident: sent by SMS, WhatsApp, email, mobile push or Microsoft Teams, escalated on a schedule until someone acknowledges, and closed with the record kept.

Alerts & incidents →

Control

Commands to equipment through the OneIoT edge on site, over Modbus RTU and TCP, or through the device from the cloud — within the limits you set.

Identity and firmware

Each gateway and tracker gets its own X.509 certificate from your tenant's authority — ours, or your own PKI. Firmware goes out signed, in chunks that resume where they stopped, with each device's job tracked. Device management →

State per device, and a dry run

Each device keeps its own state. A freezer that stays warm all night sends one alert, then reminders on your schedule. A new rule runs dry first and sends nothing.

Control on site and from the cloud

Our edge runs control on site; a device with no edge takes the command through its shadow — within the limits you set. Edge control →

Questions

Before you ask.

Something we haven't answered? Ask it on the call, or write to [email protected]

Our device isn't on the list?

The platform reads 100+ tracker protocols: location from day one, readings mapped for your models during setup. For anything else, send us one and what it sends; our team adds its decoder.

How do we get our data out?

Webhooks and REST, MQTT and Kafka, and reports as CSV.

Who sees what?

Operator, partner, customer and site each have their own users and roles, including custom roles.

Where to start

Start with one site, and the devices it needs.

  1. Call

A thirty-minute callYour sites or fleet, what goes wrong today, and who answers.
  2. Outline
