All industriesOne Saturday night
Cold room 4, one Saturday night
The main cooling unit in Cold room 4 trips. The room is still at 3 °C.
The room's controller starts the standby unit, as you set it. This runs on site, internet or not.
Cold room 4 peaks at 4.6 °C and stays inside its 2–5 °C range.
The night supervisor gets a WhatsApp and an SMS: on standby, the room in range. Your refrigeration technician gets the job for Monday.
The unit is repaired in working hours. The trip, the command and who was told are on record.
The record your QA team gets
Every room can start monitor-only: readings, alerts and the record, nothing wired into your equipment. When your team is ready, switch on a first step for a room, within limits you set:
Before you ask
Only when you switch it on, room by room, within limits you set. Every room can start monitor-only, and every command is on record.
Where we can connect them, yes. We check each site before we start and fit our own sensors only where they're needed.
A paper log is enough for the inspector, and a logger keeps the numbers. Neither reaches the person who can fix it, tries the next one when nobody answers, or writes down who did what.
Your own people: the site's supervisor first, then the next person you name. Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, kept apart from every other customer's, and exported to you on request.
Where it runs

500+ acres of greenhouses, in production
Growers' climate control running on site on OneIoT, under the brand's own name. The same on-site control is what your cold rooms switch on.
We connect them, set each room's safe range and who to tell, and run it for you. You get:
What goes in
It reads the temperature and the door. Freezers get the cold-rated version.
On your Wi-Fi or Ethernet. In each reefer, one with its own SIM.
When you're ready, it starts the standby unit on site, within your limits, internet or not. Every command is on record.
Each room's range, how long a door may stay open, and who hears first.
OneIoT AIOneIoT AI investigates each alarm as it arrives. Where it acts, it acts only through the control program on site, within that program's limits.See OneIoT AI
