What we monitor
Temperature and humidity in each room, against the range its works need.

Who sees what
Every gallery, store and case on one screen, and each loan's conditions on record.
The first WhatsApp and SMS when their own room drifts, and nobody else's.
Told next if nobody answers, with the room, its reading and how long it has been out.
One night
The dehumidifier in Store B trips. The room is at 52%, inside 45–55%. Saved, no alarm yet.
It passes 55%. OneIoT starts counting, so a door opened for a moment doesn't wake anyone.
Still too humid after 15 minutes. The duty officer gets a WhatsApp and an SMS.
Ten minutes, no reply. The conservator is told too.
The duty officer restarts the dehumidifier and closes the vents.
The room is back in range. Every reading and every reply are on record for the loan file.
What goes in
It reads temperature and humidity in each gallery, store and display case.
Each room's range, how long a door may stay open, and who hears first.
Before you start
Only when you switch it on, room by room, within limits you set. Every room can start monitor-only, and every command is on record.
Where we can connect them, yes. We check each site before we start and fit our own sensors only where they're needed.
A paper log is enough for the inspector, and a logger keeps the numbers. Neither reaches the person who can fix it, tries the next one when nobody answers, or writes down who did what.
Your own people: the site's supervisor first, then the next person you name. Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, kept apart from every other customer's, and exported to you on request.
