Questions
Before you ask.
Something we haven't answered? Ask it on the call, or write to [email protected]
What does the start cost?
Quoted before we start: it depends on what you watch and the devices it needs. We connect the sites you start with, set them up and run them.
How is it billed?
Monthly, on a 12-month term, quoted in rupees: per site for fixed places like cold rooms and kitchens, per tracked device for vehicles and machines. Your written outline says how it is invoiced.
Do we buy the devices?
It depends on the job. Our own devices — Sense, Link, Link Indoor and Halo — can be bundled into your plan. Partner devices from Teltonika, Omnicomm and Ruptela are usually paid for upfront. The Roam SIM is quoted with the plan. See the devices →
Who installs it?
Our own team installs the sensors, gateways and SIMs at your sites, and looks after them.
What support do we get?
Our team in Hyderabad, on WhatsApp and phone (+91 90005 22411) and by email. On the Enterprise plan, a 1-hour SLA is written into your contract.
What if we have hundreds of sites?
That is who this is built for. The rollout plan sets the price per site across your regions, agreed before the rollout starts.
Can we start without connecting equipment?
Yes. Start monitor-only: sensors and alerts, nothing wired into your equipment.
How do equipment brands pay?
By product line. We send an outline with terms for your product line, quoted for the units in the field and the customers who use them. White-label is in the plan. How white-label works →
What is the difference between Standard and Enterprise?
Standard runs on the shared platform, with your data separated from every other customer's, and support from our team in Hyderabad. Enterprise is a setup of your own (your devices connect to it alone, and your data is stored separately for your company), with sign-in through your company account and a second step, every action logged for your audits, hosting in your region on request, a 1-hour SLA in your contract, and the SOC 2 report once it is issued. Equipment brands are on Enterprise by default. Neither plan has a device limit.
Can we use devices we already have?
Often, yes. Send us the device and what it sends; we add its decoder.
What happens to our data if we leave?
It is yours to take. We export it on request, at the cost of the export.
What does OneIoT AI cost?
It is quoted for your site, with the rest of your plan.
