Who sees what

One record for your quality head. One alert for each lab and centre.

  1. 01Your lab quality head

Every lab, centre and box on one screen, storage and transit on the same record.

  2. 02The lab or centre team

The first WhatsApp and SMS when their own fridge or box drifts, and nobody else's.

  3. 03The logistics coordinator

Told when a box on the road warms up, with where it is and how long it has been out.

One morning run

A sample box warms up on the morning run. The lab knows before it arrives.

  1. 8:10 AM
    Does it matter yet?

The box leaves the Kukatpally centre at 6 °C, inside 2–8 °C. On record, no alarm.

  2. 8:55 AM
    Is it out of range?

Stuck in traffic in the sun, it passes 8 °C. OneIoT starts counting.

  3. 9:10 AM
    Who needs to know?

Still too warm after 15 minutes. The logistics coordinator gets a WhatsApp and an SMS.

  4. 9:20 AM
    What if nobody answers?

Ten minutes, no reply. The lab's quality head is told too.

  5. 9:25 AM
    Who's on it?

The rider moves the box into the van's cooler; the lab flags the samples on arrival.

  6. 10:05 AM
    Can you prove it?

The box arrives back in range. Its trip, every reading and every reply are on record.

What goes in

What goes in at your sites.

  • A sensor in each room

It reads the temperature and the door.

  • A gateway on the wall

On your Wi-Fi or Ethernet. In each sample van, one with its own SIM.

  • Set up with you

Each room's range, how long a door may stay open, and who hears first.

Before you start

Four questions cold-chain teams ask first.

Read the security page
Will it touch our equipment?

Only when you switch it on, room by room, within limits you set. Every room can start monitor-only, and every command is on record.

Do our existing loggers stay?

Where we can connect them, yes. We check each site before we start and fit our own sensors only where they're needed.

Why not a paper log or a basic logger?

A paper log is enough for the inspector, and a logger keeps the numbers. Neither reaches the person who can fix it, tries the next one when nobody answers, or writes down who did what.

Who answers at night, and where is our data?

Your own people: the site's supervisor first, then the next person you name. Your data is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the United States, kept apart from every other customer's, and exported to you on request.
